Setting up

We recommend inflating the tent to around 3.5 bar. In moderate to strong winds, go up to 4 bar.

The main difference between an inflatable and a pressure-inflated tent is that pressure-inflated tents are pumped up to a much higher pressure. This not only makes setup incredibly fast, but also gives the tent rock-solid stabilityโ€”wind force 11 is no problem for a fully inflated tent. Now thatโ€™s carefree camping!

Base plates stop aluminium arch poles from sinking into soggy or wet ground. Attach them to the pole ends for extra stability.

Start with the foundation: the groundsheet. Ensure itโ€™s pulled tight before inflating or inserting poles. Other pro tips:

  • Tension the aluminium arch poles properly.
  • Pull the guy ropes nice and snug.

Demonstratie data

  • Mud flaps: These go inside the tent. If youโ€™re using a groundsheet in your awning, roll the mud flaps slightly inward.
  • Rain flap (inflatable base tent): This sits outside the awning to channel rainwater away from the awning zip, preventing leaks in the corners. Clever, right?

Lower the D-rings over the door poles, suspending the screen door. Use the middle loop which secures the door when it's rolled up to slide the stick of the screen door through.
