Karsten Tents are inflated under pressure. Up to 4 bar (58 PSI). Thanks to this high pressure, the tent is not only pitched within minutes but also stands as solid as a house. The hoses of the frame are made of the same strong material as a fire hose, so it’s easy to withhold this pressure. Inflating a classic Karsten Tent can be done with a foot pump or compressor. Whichever pump your customer chooses, inflating a Karsten Tent may attract some curious campers.

"Once revolutionary, still the best!"
The inflatable Karsten Tent can be extended with different awnings. This makes your customers holidays even more comfortable! Creating plenty of space for extra camping gear. A Karsten Tent always comes with an awning zip, which makes it possible to extend the tent at a later stage with an awning.
The canvas is a 100% Ten Cate cotton canvas and reinforces the breathability of the tent. There is also an adjustable and closable ventilation system in the top of the tent, adjustable from the inside. The Karsten 280 and up have two vents in the back to improve ventilation. So even if you stay with several people in the tent, the air does not get stuffy due to this fantastic ventilation system.
One can easily extend the Karsten Tent with a link tent or a sleeping extension, for a wonderful night’s rest and even more space. A sleeping extension has a surface of six square metres and can accommodate 4 people. The extension comes with a partitioning wall which divides the sleeping space into two compartments. Each compartment has its own half-moon vent. The link tent is a smaller version of the larger tent and can be easily zipped to the tent with a tunnel section. This creates a new ‘bedroom’ or extra storage space, fully utilising the living space in the main tent.
