With a Karsten Seasonal Tent, you can camp comfortably in spring, high summer, and late season — year after year. Whether you use it intensively yourself, or rent it out to other holidaymakers.
The difference compared to a regular Karsten Tent lies in the composition of the tent fabric. Cotton is suitable for a few weeks of camping per year, while Karsten Seasonal Tents are made from KA46. This is a blend of polyester and cotton, finished with an extra anti-fungal coating. The fabric is also slightly thicker and has a subtle shimmer. It gives the tent that unmistakable “I’m-here-for-the-whole-season” look. In short: a real heavyweight champion!

Seasonal Package
The standard seasonal package includes:
- Extra D-rings in the groundsheet;
- more guylines;
- Velcro underneath the roll-up front wall and door;
- longer storm straps for the awning;
- even more permanent ventilation in both awning and front wall;
- an extra thick and sturdy bathtub groundsheet.
In short: everything you need for a relaxed full-season camping experience.

The Lacerta is a spacious and stormproof tunnel tent for the whole family (2–4 people). The deep awning creates a relaxing outdoor area of approx. 15 m², and with the expansion set you can easily increase the living space to approx. 24 m². The Lacerta has a standing height of 2.2 metres, generous sleeping cabins and ventilation vents for a pleasant indoor climate.
Other innovations include zip-in cupboards that maximise storage space. A full wardrobe in a tent — who would have thought! Naturally, the Lacerta can handle all weather conditions, thanks to its strong aluminium poles. Like every Karsten Tent, the Lacerta guarantees countless carefree camping holidays.

The Karsten Opera
The Opera is a luxury tent for two people. Thanks to the standing height throughout and the large windows, the tent feels bright, airy and particularly spacious. With four poles that easily zip into the pole sleeves, this tent stands rock solid in just 15 minutes.
The Karsten Imperia
Unique to the Imperia is the clever side cabinet: a wide cupboard that zips around the window. This creates a generous storage space that is a perfect alternative to a standard kitchen cabinet. Despite its size, the Imperia is surprisingly easy to pitch. Once erected and secured with guylines, it provides a wonderfully luxurious camping experience, regardless of the weather. Want even more space? Then an Extension Awning is also available, which enlarges the standard awning. And for the seasonal version, even a Closing Wall! Because sometimes bigger really is better!

The Karsten Amara
The Amara is the perfect family tent for campers seeking comfort. This spacious tunnel tent has a standing height of over 2 metres and offers space for 2 to 4 people. With two separate sleeping cabins, the Amara is ideal for families.
Two large windows on either side create a wonderfully open feeling, while the partition wall provides just the right amount of privacy and creates two separate sleeping compartments. Because draughts, moisture and insects have no business inside your tent, the Amara is equipped with a high bathtub groundsheet that you can fold down for easy access during the day. How convenient! If desired, the Amara can be expanded with an Extension Awning, Combi Awning or Rain Awning.

Around 5 in the morning my partner woke up feeling the groundsheet moving beneath us, like we were lying on a giant waterbed. We stepped outside to take a look, and discovered that the rain from the past days had flowed from the mountains into the lake — and the tent was now standing *in* the Klöntalersee! The tent still stood firm, and apart from the items outside, everything inside was dry. We quickly took a photo and then moved the tent. The quality and the high bathtub groundsheet saved our belongings, and since then we are fully convinced of the tent’s waterproofness. 🙂
